Dear Vendors and Exhibitors,

You are invited to apply for booth space to display and sell your products or share
information at The Pick and Gather at Riverdance Farms and Merced River Fair in Livingston, California. This year the festival will be held Memorial Day weekend.

We are proud to say 2016 was a success! 2017 will be the thirteenth year this event has been held at Riverdance Farms. The festival began as part of a fifteen year tradition of Heartland events in the San Joaquin Valley.

Our mission is to connect the community to local foods and farmers while promoting Agri-Tourism. The farm and nature connection will be celebrated. There will two days of Camping on the Merced River with arts, crafts, food, kid’s activities, river fair, kayaking, petting zoo, farmers market, music, art, wine and food tasting, and hands-on workshops.

The pick and Gather farm festival is a three day event. Both days have fruit-picking, live entertainment, food and the river. The main festival day is always on a Saturday and we anticipate between 1200 and 2000 attendees and about 60 volunteers throughout the days’ activities.
